&lt;p&gt;As Marqeta’s Senior Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Marqeta’s IT assets, both hardware and software across our Global teams.&amp;nbsp; In this highly collaborative role, you’ll be ensuring Marqeta’s hardware assets are accounted for, deployed, maintained, upgraded, and disposed of properly at end of life; you’ll be responsible for delivering enhanced SaaS tool insights, analysis, and financial decision models to business partners that drive Marqeta’s business objectives.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You’ll Do&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage over 1000 IT devices per ITIL standards, from procurement to end of life&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Order, manage configuration, and fulfill all New Hire Onboarding equipment in a timely manner&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fulfill peripheral and specialty IT asset requirements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide IT asset and equipment storage room services to facilitate the receipt, storage, issuance and disposal of IT assets and equipment to personnel&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform a full physical inventory of all IT assets located in IT asset storage rooms, and provide reports&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep the IT asset storage area room maintained in an organized manner as to facilitate asset retrieval and inspection, and to protect the assets from damage&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with physically locating IT assets not found during employee self-certification and/or electronic inventories performed on IT assets&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide input and maintain an Asset Management Plan and Operating Procedures&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deliver SaaS tool insights, including usage analysis to drive financial decision models&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain Saas tool records including role assignments for subject matter experts and vendor points of contact&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage Saas tool renewals in accordance with contracted schedule&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with minimal direction while maintaining exceptional attention to detail&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We’re Looking For&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Able to work physically within our Oakland, CA Headquarters&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum 5 years experience in IT Enterprise environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Project Management and Vendor Management skills in the IT Enterprise environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Possess knowledge of IT asset management processes and procedures&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Demonstrated ability to manage assets according to ITIL Lifecycle&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in Google Workspace, JIRA, and Jamf required&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in Zylo or equivalent Saas Management and optimization tool is required&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Must be extremely detail oriented and experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Able to lift up to 50lbs&lt;/li&gt;
